Ware Selectboard renames and revises draft guidelines; final adoption pending
At its May 13 meeting the Ware Selectboard agreed to retitle a draft “Policy Manual” as the “Selectboard Operational Guidelines,” and made a series of edits clarifying officer roles, communication with the Town Manager, public comment rules, voting protocols, and records handling. Staff will circulate a final draft for Town Counsel review before a formal vote.
