On Feb. 9, 2026, the Springfield Selectboard asked the town manager and the Long-Term Capital Planning Committee to prepare a comprehensive needs analysis for redeveloping 60 Park Street (the former Park Street School) and to return a preliminary package by Memorial Day with a full package after Labor Day.
