Kittitas County Public Works updated commissioners on a feasibility study conducted with Central Washington University for a technology transfer center in the county’s old heat building. Staff completed a capital-stacking plan and grant-supporting documentation and plan to present the bundled final report to the board for formal adoption at a future meeting.
