Plan commission approves conditional lot split for Panero/Estep properties
The Plan Commission approved a conditional lot split that creates two new buildable sites on the Estep parcel and preserves a non-buildable rectangle to be transferred and consolidated; commissioners required return to the board if access is changed to Dorman Avenue.

Archie Crouch, a planning consultant representing Diana Estep, presented a request to divide the Estep property and transfer a non-buildable rectangle from the neighboring Panero parcel so the two properties could be consolidated and resubdivided. Crouch said the proposed division would create two new buildable lots, each with about 63 feet of frontage on Dorman Avenue (the minimum frontage is 60 feet), and leave the remainder of the Panero parcel as a buildable tract the owner may use later.
