The coordinator reported persistent problems with timely and complete FAPT paperwork and with family and provider participation in FAPT meetings. Meeting materials included "Characteristics of a High-Functioning FAPT" and a training packet; members were asked to confirm whether the team meets those characteristics and how to document compliance for the OCS audit.
