Poulsbo recreation project breaks ground; PFD board approves interlocal amendment to set bond payments
Directors heard a project update for the new Poulsbo events and recreation project, including a recent groundbreaking and contract awards, and approved a second amendment to the regional center interlocal agreement that sets the PFD’s share of construction debt service over 20 years.
