LDRC advances landscaping code changes, debates specimen-tree thresholds and buffer rules
The Land Development Regulation Commission approved several landscaping and buffer revisions and agreed to return definitions and tree-protection sections to a workshop. The board added a 1.25-to-1 credit for preserved native habitat and asked staff to add arborists to certification language.
