The Greendale Board approved vendors and contractor lists for 2026 street maintenance and repair. Staff presented low bids and recommended awarding patching and crack‑sealing contracts to Row and materials delivery to Mool Trucking. The board also approved a pre‑qualified list of labor and equipment contractors (including TT Maintenance, Lyens McCoolard and Complete Contractors) and authorized staff to select the most appropriate contractor depending on each project’s scope.
