Stephen ****, the county engineer, told commissioners the county has delivered nearly $125 million in construction over the last 15 months and expects to award an additional $71 million before the end of the fiscal year. He listed priority projects — including the Marion Oaks flyover, Emerald Road and multiple resurfacing and extension projects — and said those advances expose a funding gap.
