Auditor Kris Wilgenbusch presented a HIPAA program contract with the Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC) at the June 1 meeting, explaining the program delivers training throughout the year and offers consultation services. Buchanan County has used ISAC for this service previously, Wilgenbusch said.
