Des Moines County board members agreed to schedule a closed session next week to review offers on the Douglas Street Properties after a presenter reported multiple showings and that "We've got, 1 offer that's been presented." (Presenter) said the listing has generated activity on the MLS and third-party sites, and that an activity report was shared with the board.
