Commission postpones Shane Keuler rezoning and CUP request after notification error

Chair Dr. Joshua Tarbe read an item seeking a general plan and zoning map amendment from AG to C1 and a conditional use permit for a contractor office at 1798 NW Rick Williamson (ZCH-26-8; CUP-26-5) on behalf of applicant Shane Keuler. The chair said the item had a notification error and the commission would postpone the item to the July 8, 2026 Planning and Zoning meeting (and the July 28 city council meeting) and would reopen the public hearing at that time. The public hearing was opened and closed with no speakers and no action was taken today.
