Rachel Greenstreet, a Silver Cliff resident, told the Town of Silver Cliff Planning Commission on Feb. 17 that she is worried a proposed housing development on vacant land next to her home could increase street traffic and hurt her property—s market value. She asked the commission to consider those neighborhood impacts before any formal proposal proceeds.
