Finance staff presented a $496,685 invoice for the county’s 2026–27 general liability insurance and an item to allocate $255,746.90 to St. James Haven (covered in a separate article). Multiple county departments presented budgeted and non-budgeted purchases that were approved by roll call as part of the consent agenda.
Notable approvals included: invoice payments for housing-rehab work and Cambridge Springs blight removal and demolition (paid from Act 137 funds); IT purchases including Office 2024 licenses and domain renewal; maintenance and courthouse repairs (ramps, drain work, tile removal); juvenile-probation small recurring purchases for program meals (paid from graduated-response funds); and several FY 26/27 contracts for child, youth and family services and mental-health providers.
