The full story
Audit summary: I reviewed the draft articles against the meeting transcript and the publication rules. Key issues identified and corrected in the final revision included normalizing place names (e.g., Russell County), clarifying or qualifying garbled numeric values (particularly one road-fund figure that was unclear in the transcription), removing or reattributing any quotations that could not be mapped to a speaker on the transcript, and ensuring that motions/votes are represented only as recorded (voice votes rather than invented roll-call tallies). All corrections were made without inventing facts not present in the transcript.
