Powhatan EDA authorizes closed session on Urbine Road property; RFP for Shady Oaks planned
The Powhatan County Economic Development Authority authorized a closed session under Virginia Code §2.2-3711(A)(3) to discuss lease/sale and acquisition matters for a parcel along Urbine Road and recorded a certification vote after the closed meeting. The board also directed staff to pursue an RFP for the Shady Oaks property to appear on a future agenda.
