Churchill County planning commissioners voted to forward multiple parcel map and cluster development applications with conditions, including PC25-5 (division of a 221.21-acre parcel into four large parcels) and a five-part cluster development (PC26-1 through PC26-5) that implements a previously approved tentative map and records a conservation easement.
