At its March 2 meeting the Butte–Silver Bow Government Study Commission agreed to retain fact-based language in a proposed community survey, confirmed about $85,000 remains in the commission budget (to be partly reserved for ballot printing), and set a May 4 public hearing with April listening sessions.
