Board denies request for extra Dunkin' wall signs, split vote reflects design concerns
A Dunkin' franchise sought two additional drive-through wall signs; staff noted franchise-standard signage and the applicant said panels are already constructed, but the board voted 3–2 to deny the additional wall signs, citing sign-area and design rules.

Planning staff walked the board through a proposal for additional wall signage at the Dunkin' Donuts planned for 1920 Eagle Drive. Staff said commercial lots are allowed three signs under Article 11 and noted the linear wall length and allowable square footage per table 11.1. The applicant’s project manager, Denise Camas of the sign company, said two drive-through-facing signs match franchise branding and are intended to aid customers in the drive-through lane; she said construction already included the prepared wall panels.
