The Rafter J board reported that the Lot 333 land‑use dispute reached the Wyoming Supreme Court, with oral arguments scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2024 and available via the court's live broadcast. The board directed owners to the Rafter J website for case documents and noted the County resolution that had allowed Lot 333 to operate temporary shelter expired on July 29.
