Alma Burgess, grant administrator, presented the 2026 recommendations for RAPZ and the restaurant tax, noting 89 applications requesting about $6.8 million while roughly $4.69 million was recommended for funding. Councilmembers raised transparency concerns about the scoring process and noted that one applicant, Cache Trails Alliance, lacked sufficient detail and therefore received no funding recommendation.
