Planning commission approves six-lot final plat on Rio Grand Boulevard with technical amendments
The Los Ranchos Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved final plat S-26-03 to subdivide about 7.8 acres on Rio Grand Boulevard into six parcels after adding two technical amendments: require two proofs of recordation and substitute an updated subdivision improvements agreement and Exhibit B.
