- Multiple grant awards and year-end budget amendments, including juvenile community program agreements and sheriff’s grant carryover funds, plus an animal-control vehicle replacement funded with insurance proceeds.
- Committee recommendations on water-project change orders and authorization to negotiate Dunford Road interim financing; the water committee also set a July 14 public hearing on a proposed 5% water-rate increase and a water-connection fee change.
Several motions were moved and seconded on record (examples): a motion to approve the employee bonus ordinance moved by Mr. Bernett and seconded by Mr. Morgan; a motion to approve the Progress Park estoppel moved by Mr. Cook and seconded by Mr. Bernett.
