After moving into executive session under 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6)(A) for personnel appointment discussions, Meredith nominated Aaron Reeve Loba for the OS math teacher position. The board then voted to authorize the superintendent to enter into a contract with Aaron Reeve Loba; the motion carried 4–0.
