CCRPC considering Basin 5 Clean Water Service Provider application; schedules Feb. 18 stakeholder meeting
CCRPC staff told the advisory committee the DEC RFP for Clean Water Service Providers was due soon; the CCRPC Board authorized staff to explore applying (potentially with Northwest RPC) and CCRPC will host a Feb. 18 meeting in Milton to discuss CWSP and Basin 5 Water Quality Council roles, funding and possible subgrantee arrangements.

The CCRPC reported that the Vermont DEC’s request for proposals to select Clean Water Service Providers (CWSPs) was expected to be issued soon and that the commission is exploring whether it should apply to serve as the Basin 5 CWSP.
