Commission recommends zoning change and conditional‑use permit for Ciserelli second dwelling

Albany County planning staff recommended and the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve a zoning amendment to Agricultural Residential and a conditional‑use permit allowing a second dwelling on the Ciserelli parcel; the applicant said the unit is for family use and not for short‑term rentals.
