The Flood Control District authorized $68 million for Paradise Ridge drainage improvements covering excavation, soil-cement armoring and a future Scottsdale Road crossing, and authorized a feasibility study with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to assess McMicken Dam rehabilitation and potential federal participation.
