He told the board the borough has submitted an initial invoice to PMRS and expects to receive a roughly 75% award payment within about two weeks.
Reilly also said bids for the Wesley and Carlisle intersection reconstruction were received that day and were favorable compared with initial cost estimates; he said a recommendation letter to the borough will be provided within a couple of days. The meeting minutes do not specify contractor names, contract values, or an exact construction schedule.
