On infrastructure and finance items, the council voted unanimously to: - Use the full $25,000 Wyoming semi-quincentennial mural grant for an artist to paint the community-center wall and allocate an additional $5,000 from town funds for scaffolding and preparation (motion carried). Rebecca Hutchinson outlined the two pricing options; the council chose the full-wall option. - Approve the Bear Hollow master meter pit and installation for a project budgeted at $45,000 to be funded from the water capital outlay and water savings, based on presented vendor quotes. - Approve a $12,000 allocation to install a master shutoff valve for the Meadows booster pump station to address maintenance concerns.
The meeting packet also included routine actions: approval of minutes and agenda, approval of a building permit (2025-0714), authorization to issue checks identified in prior minutes to be ratified next meeting, and payment of bills. Each listed motion was recorded as "carried unanimously" in the minutes.
