After-action changes: Lake County 911 Authority adopts Everbridge templates and notification SOPs, plans tests
Following recent after-action reviews, staff created Everbridge templates and an SOP requiring dispatch to send an initial Everbridge notification within five minutes for major incidents to the authority board and designated second-in-command; the board will provide second-in-command contacts and staff will schedule a test.
