River Ridge CDD adopts special-assessments resolution for FY2024/25

District counsel Tony Pires recommended opening the public hearing. Mrs. Adams opened and closed the hearing after no affected property owners spoke. The board approved a change to the resolution—deleting references to “Exhibit B” on Page 2 and throughout—and adopted the resolution on a motion by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Supervisor Robert Twombly, recorded as “with all in favor.”
Resolution 2024-08 certifies the assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement of the assessments; the board’s amendments remove references to a specific exhibit in the document as noted in the minutes. The action was recorded as unanimous.
The district will proceed with the assessment roll as amended and follow statutory collection and enforcement procedures set by the resolution.
