Member Greg Balestrieri proposed inviting Nate Miller from the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (SNHPC) to present on how neighboring municipalities approach impact fees. The Board discussed coordinating the presentation with the Board of Selectmen to ensure alignment on potential funding and timing. Member Payal Ballaya suggested the presentation occur before the start of the town's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) process so the information could inform CIP discussions.
