The Village of Valley View Planning Board on March 18 directed Solicitor Dave Lambros and Engineer Todd Sciano to research potential rezoning for the Strathmore subdivision after Councilperson Tina Paulson said the neighborhood “looks and feels” different from other Country Home–zoned areas.
