The Troy Select Board voted unanimously Aug. 21 to approve a written proposal for the BB Cook property presented by Robert Hogg. The motion to approve was made by Selectperson Thomas Byron and seconded by Selectperson Brian Blake; the board recorded a unanimous vote.
