Planning board approves fence and buffer variances for two Valley View properties
On Feb. 11 the Village of Valley View Planning Board approved a fence-support-post variance at 9104 Murray Rd. and two buffer variances at 6706 Hathaway Rd.; the fence decision followed a neighbor preference for the unfinished side to face their yard and hedges and runoff issues were discussed.

The Village of Valley View Planning Board on Feb. 11 approved two separate sets of variances: a fence-support-post location variance at 9104 Murray Rd. and variances to allow work within both the preserved and managed buffers at 6706 Hathaway Rd.
