Property owner Dave Cassens briefed the Calhoun County Board of Supervisors on Sept. 9, 2025, about plans to reconfigure two existing Twin Lakes units into condominiums. Cassens described converting each unit into four living quarters and one storage unit, and said he wants to add an additional unit; he invited the supervisors to visit the site to review the proposal.
