The Calhoun County Board of Supervisors adopted an Abandoned and Nuisance Properties ordinance on Sept. 9, 2025, following a public hearing at the county courthouse in Rockwell City. The board voted unanimously to approve Ordinance 2025-1 and adopted Resolution 2025-24 to implement it.
