At public hearings on Feb. 24 and a called meeting on Feb. 27, 2025, the Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta‑Chattahoochee County approved conditional use permits (CUPs) for five properties while commissioners and Planning & Zoning members discussed whether the county’s CUP ordinance needs rewriting to avoid unintended consequences for manufactured homes.
