Hill Studios representatives David Hill and Matthew Lindsey presented the proposed Smyth County Comprehensive Plan, PlanSmyth2044, during a joint public hearing with the Board of Supervisors. Clegg Williams, Assistant County Administrator for Development, introduced the consultants and asked the Commission to submit comments promptly.
