NORWICH TOWNSHIP, Ohio — During the March 17 meeting Troy (sic) Chair Kelli Arthur Hykes summarized a March 13 meeting on student drop‑off concerns at Darbyshire Drive and said Franklin County Engineers are reviewing the site and will provide recommendations. Hykes told trustees she expects a resolution by mid‑April.
