Residents ask Robbins trustees about TIF spending, water billing and a fire-department contract

During the public-comment period at the Village of Robbins’ Jan. 28 meeting, residents asked whether the village uses TIF funds and how they are spent, whether the village is current on water bills, and whether the fire department has a contract with Ingalls; trustees did not provide full answers in the minutes.
