The Village of Enon council unanimously adopted Resolution 2026-01 on Jan. 13, 2026, a resolution of necessity requesting certification from the County Auditor pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §5705.03. Councilmember Leist moved to adopt the resolution and Councilmember Sweet seconded; all six members (Leist, Sweet, Beair, Whitacre, Davoli and Rick Hanna) voted yes.
