CCRPC starts drafting Executive Director evaluation process; committee authorizes FY25 staff recognition spending
The committee discussed adding a formal Executive Director evaluation to personnel policy with blind surveys and a March/April timeline. In executive session the committee recognized employee achievement and authorized the Executive Director to spend up to 100% of the FY25 salary budget for staff awards as determined by the Executive Director and the Executive Committee.

Executive Director Charlie Baker introduced a proposal to add an Executive Director evaluation process to CCRPC's personnel policy, recommending a timeline that begins with anonymous surveys of staff and board members in January–February and culminates in a March evaluation and an April salary discussion ahead of budget planning.
