County Engineer Andy Conrad told the Medina County Board of Commissioners on April 28 that a vertical curve limiting sight lines for eastbound traffic at the intersection of Grafton Road (C.H. 42) and Station Road (C.H. 23) contributed to a history of crashes and justified creating a multi‑way (4‑way) stop. The board approved the change as part of a set of engineering resolutions.
