Commission hears PUD amendment that reduces units for HM Tifton development
Community Development Director Chad Branch told commissioners the HM Tifton LLC PUD amendment would reduce apartment units from 553 to 460, add duplexes and cut parking spaces; the Planning Commission recommends approval and the item is scheduled for the April 13 regular meeting.
