Commission forwards Kriger/Reid zone change to county commissioners with unanimous recommendation

The Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of ZC26-02, which rezones two parcels (about 385 acres) from RAM to Urban Agriculture to allow the applicants flexibility to retain residences while keeping the majority of the land in agricultural use; staff found no agency objections once access is confirmed.

The Natrona County Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously on May 12 to recommend approval of ZC26-02, a zoning map amendment requested by property owners Dave Kriger and Michael Reid to change approximately 385 acres from Ranching, Agriculture & Mining (RAM) to Urban Agriculture (UA).
