Council reviews unified development code changes and continues budget workshop
Summary

At the June 4 meeting a city staff member said council provided comments on proposed updates to the unified development code, specifically raising limits on where hemp retail shops could operate and on the number and siting of data centers within city limits. Council did not finalize changes to the unified development code at the meeting; instead it directed staff to forward council comments to the planning and zoning commission for formal consideration and recommendation.
