At the conclusion of the Nov. 20 meeting, trustees moved to retire into executive session to discuss employment, promotion or compensation of a public employee, citing Ohio Revised Code section 121.22(G)(1). The motion (No. 24156) passed on a roll call: Trustee Bow — yes; Trustee Young — yes; Trustee MCG — yes.
