River Ridge CDD adopts goals and performance measures to comply with HB7013
In response to new state legislation (HB7013), the board approved categories and performance measures for annual reporting—Community Communication and Engagement; Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance; Financial Transparency and Accountability—and noted the initial report is due Dec. 1, 2025 and must be posted on the CDD website.
