Law Director Brad Bryan read the title of Ordinance No. 2023-67 (an emergency ordinance amending Chapter 889 of the Codified Ordinances relating to medical and adult-use marijuana cultivators, processors and retail dispensaries) at the Jan. 24 council meeting and told council the measure will remain on third reading at the next meeting due to inaction by the State Legislature.
